About Dean EllisDean Ellis id the Director of World Tennis Australia and a National High Performance Coach. Dean Graduated from Tennis Australia's National High Performance Course and this accreditation qualifies him to train elite tennis players for fitness development, tennis bio mechanics as well as to analyse match tactics and strategies. An important element of deans expertise is in managing players nutrition, recovery, injury prevention, and psychology in order to bring out a players top tennis performance. His personal tennis achievements include a 5 year full tennis scholarship at a NCAA Division 1 University in Texas, USA. Dean turned professional shortly after playing team tennis in France for 5 years and winning multiple tournaments throughout Europe. Now as the director and head coach at World Tennis Australia based in Melbourne, Dean has put together a range of tennis coaching programs along with a hand picked group of enthusiastic and qualified coaches to help any age and any level student reach their tennis and fitness goals.

The success we achieve will be based on development more so then winning matches, as the game belongs to the player and their improvement as a student of the game. My experience in tennis dates back to age 10 where I have focused on playing the game since. I have worked at the Australian open for the past 8 years, allowing me to implement how the professionals of the game go about their practice into my coaching abilities. Having been a tennis coach for the past 2 years, I have enjoyed the experience that has allowed me to see the progression of my students and the enjoyment they receive from my coaching style in our fun filled, development driven environment.

About Nathan ScuttiNathan is an experienced and enthusiastic coach who has combined his fitness and outdoor recreation qualifications with his love of tennis to offer a well rounded coaching style suitable for junior and adult students of all levels for over 6 years. After competing in tennis at a high level, Nathan shifted his focus to sharing his knowledge and passion for the game to the next generation of tennis players. Nathan is a people person and excels at engaging with junior students by providing fun an challenging session that keep them motivated and progressing with their skills and fitness.
When I see hard work and dedication paying off from my clients, it motivates me to keep doing my job in making them the best tennis player they can be. About Brad CrosherBrad is an enthusiastic coach, who can adapt and relate to all people and tennis abilities. His aim during sessions is to implement sporting equipment to help players develop their coordination and athletic development whilst learning in a fun and safe environment. With Over 12 years coaching experience, Brad has been coaching at BETA (Berkhamsted elite tennis academy) UK since 2008 to August 2014 in conjunction with Tyrell Diaz Stevens. He has coached elite juniors aged between 7-18 including highly ranked national players such as Joel Pierleoni (11 years old, UK) and Anna Popescu (17 years old, UK) and has Extensive adult coaching experience from private lessons to group coaching. Brad has traveled with players to over 15 countries as a coach/manager, including numerous visits to the Orange Bowl in the USA, a 2 month contract in Canada coaching in Toronto 2008 and as a travelling coach to Rameez Junaid current ranked #65 in the ATP doubles ranking, throughout 2014. Brad has continued to learn from the best coaching alongside coaches Javier Capataine (founder fitcoaching designs) who has worked with Dimitrov, Sharapova and Fognini and Rainer Bopp (Germany) who has coach many professional players and now brings this expertise to the World Tennis Australia team.

About Adrian RoweI have been coaching for over 19 years and have taught all levels of players, from beginners to ATP and WTA ranked. While based in the UK from 2002 to 2007, I was a touring coach for ITF international juniors and ATP ranked players. Having obtained a professional ATP doubles world ranking and played in more than 25 countries in events with players such as lleyton Hewitt, Gail Monfils & Andrew Ille plus other Davis Cup level players, I have had the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the best tennis professionals in the world and have accumulated a wealth of tennis knowledge I can now share with my students. My coaching style is enthusiastic, fun and professional and 100 percent targeted towards satisfying the client, whether that be improving fitness, or aiming for a higher level of tennis. My main coaching aim is to find out what the client wants and to try and make that happen for them! I use a variety of techniques including drills, demonstrations, one on one hitting sessions, and games to suit all ages and abilities to bring the best out of everyone. I believe I have the passion, insight and playing ability to pass on skills and advice that will benefit all levels of tennis enthusiasts.

About Tom GarnerMy personal tennis experiences consists of 10 years of competitive playing and three years of working at the Australian Open around some of the world greatest tennis players and coaches. With over five years experience working in and around tennis, I started my coaching career at a very young age which allows me to better relate and identify with junior students regarding their tennis both physically and mentally. By setting out goals and implementing specific strategies by which they can be achieved I can achieve my own personal coaching objectives to build clients confidence in their tennis and personal fitness. I adopt a flexible coaching approach that enables all personality and tennis styles to be catered for, creating an enjoyable and improvement driven environment in which maximum development can be achieved.
